…We were looking for something that hadn’t been done before and would be much more entertaining than the washed-up act that performed last year that had us yawning with boredom….After talking with several acts in the area, our committee decided that Lorri fit the needs of our party the best. She was funny but still made sure that the show was clean and presentable, making it appealing to our mixed age crowd. I received many letters, calls, and employees dropping into my office the following week after our party and all were still talking about how this was the best X-mas party they’ve been to or that they never had such great entertainment at a company get together. Those employees that couldn’t make it to our party that night find themselves regretting their decisions and asked for a play by play re-telling of what went on that night. I never thought I would see some of our fellow employees that relaxed or that willing to take suggestions like our group of volunteers did with Lorri.
