*You are probably already aware that balloons are
the #1 choking hazard for children under three. While
your child would probably never put a balloon in
his or her mouth, we take safety and service very seriously.
We wouldn't dream of endangering your toddlers with such a dangerous
item, and yet, we also understand how hard it is for a youngster to
go away empty handed. The solution? A party package without
balloons! But just in case most of the children at your party
are legally old enough for balloons, we'll give your 1-2yr
